Good Vibes, Good Vibes
Music: Something by Dashboard
Feeling: WOO HOO! And then deflation as I realize I have to do rest of assignment, and then worry since I have to read the book to understand the question, and then stress as it's due tomorrow and I'm not going to be home until 1:00 am tonight.
So of course I go and blog this stress out.
I FINALLY got my G2. Finally. After years and years. And it was only 10 minutes of driving. Next step, to get the car this Saturday and to start driving on the highway with my dad without my stress levels jumping to unhealthy extremes.

Music in Background: My research methods prof talking on his German accent
Feeling: Bored... boring class, boring prof
Watching my research lecture online is extremly painful. So is going to the live lecture.
Anywoo, it turns out that I'm organizing the traditional Christmas dinner at Swiss Chalet, what we consider "fancy" for the the student budget. It also turns out that some people are going on vacation (I'm so very jealous) and they won't be making it for the dinner. (Which I'm thinking around the 20th)
SO
For everyone that went to MAC, we're all hitting the Fox and the Fiddle at Kenndy and Progress (one intersection pass Kenndy Commons at Kenndy and 401). You must be 19 (Flash those ID cards everyone) This is pretty much open to anyone that we know (Dilys, Elena and Umair, I know you guys read this blog, come) So bring those bfs, gfs and potentials. (We're talk about them later)
So in summary, Friday December 17 at 8:00 pm. Please e-mail me if you're coming or not at purple.screaming.monkey@gmail.com. You can also phone me at home at (416) 499-3237, but don't phone the cell since I lost it.

Music: Leaving on a Jet plane, a bit depressing
Feeling: Very shopped out
Went to Hunter's 1st b-day party (My nephew) with Wendy. Thank goodness that she came along because everyone was old and had kids. I introduced her to all my cousins, found out that I have a new niece that no one the family knew about and talked to the CBC news lady who does the gossip. Turns out that she's good friends with Scott and Helen. We were bored out of our minds. We were also eyeing the open bar, but avoided it since we had to study after. They actually rented out an entire resturant for Hunter's party. I think Scott got another raise. Something about a new big screen t.v and those new funky glasses.
Then of course, we decided to do some shopping after, so we hit Eaton Centre and where I found a pair of magic jeans that made my ass look smaller and that fit at Jacob, but the one size that fit me had a hole in it. Damn it. So Wendy and I both decided not to go study, but find another pair of magic jeans, but we got sweaters instead after 4 hours of shopping. She also told me to try magic mushrooms. Of all people, that advice comes from Wendy. It was like the time she seriously told me that she wanted to get drunk. My jaw dropped a bit after that.

NO MORE
Music: Funkytown... but yet feel like putting on Leaving on a Jet Plane, I think it's because my exams are depressing me
Feeling: I'm wasting time, therefore I feel guilty
I have 2 more exmas, quiz and an assignment, and then I'm free as a bird as a bird after Thursday at noon! And then I go back to studying.
Take me to Funkytown please. Better yet, start a small fire in a wastebasket below a sprinkler in the labs at school at 5:30ish today.
But I will take offers of cheesecake to keep me happy. I wonder why I have this cheesecake craving.
Won't you take me to Funkytown? (Insert violins). Because I'm leaving on a jetplane, don't know know when I'll be back again... especially when Funkytown is a nice place to live. A little like Bali hopefully. I heard that with the Canadian exchange rate, I can live very, very well. And that's on a student's budget.
I will look forward to the Constaines concert.

Music: None. But some will destress me I think... crashing ocean waves will do the trick
Feeling: In exam mode. I think that answers everything
IT SNOWED TODAY.
Yay.

Music: Something... I just want to delete my entire playlist and start all over again
Feeling: When your computer decides to be evil to you when you have a project the next day that you have to finish
NO...
All the UTSC websites aren't working. WHY?!
I need to access that co-op site to type up a cover letter for co-op tutorial.
I think I never had a tutorial that gave me such a headache. Now I got to do this letter in the morning in the labs at school tomorrow morning at the ungodly hour of 7:45 am. (Don't ask why I'm at school at that time)
I think that overall, it has been a regular week. A regular week being one where a lot of things go wrong. I think I'll hide tomorrow and try to catch up in school and study at the same time. Wait, I can't do that because my schedule is packed tomorrow from 7:30 am until 6:00 pm and then I'm at school late to study. My kingdom for a car! That or a longer day. It would be perfect if a day was 30 hours long. If earth was only formed a little bit more further from the sun. Those 6 hours would be perfect since it means that people get to sleep and then you have 24 hours to do everything you need. And if I'm doing some wistful dreaming, there will stores, food outlets, etc that will be open for 24 hours. It'll be a student's dream.
Argh. Think happy thoughts, happy thoughts. Christmas is coming! Yay! I have my gift list starting.
