Feeling: Summertime my ass. Horrible weather.
Yay, Lydz is coming to Toronto! I haven't seen her for two years and I wanted to show her around Toronto... but the stupid weather is not going to work. Damn BBQ is cancelled b/c of rain. I don't know what to do instead. A personcan go only walk and up down Queen W. so may times and point out the regular ppl that you notice.
"There's the squeezegee kids who aren't really allowed to clean the cars... ummm... yeah... well, in Augest, there's the Political Dude, he likes to yell... um... well, we were supposed to go to the jazz fest b/c it's actually free, but you know, the rain. Well, then there's Lula's, but I don't think we can get any clubbing clothes for you since it's a no jeans policy since everything is closed... well, not Chinatown because it's Chinatown, but they had this really gross infestation of rats at a resturant, so we might want to avoid that place."
God.

Took a four nap yesterday, then slept for another 10 last night.
I feel so good.
And I have the week off to study. This is great.
My scab from my dawn escapdes is gone, and now I just have a slightly swollen chin and a slightly red spot where the scab used to be.

There's a BBQ for Canada's Day at the Bluff's. It's potluck, but Naliah and I will be telling you what to bring since after all, who really wants to eat 20 different kinds of chips?
It's also a $1.00 for the fireworks at night. It's also bring your own chair/balnket/frisbee/drinks, etc. We simply don't have enough ppl to bring drinks.
And of course, everyone is invited.
So if you're interested, then e-mail/phone me!
And if you're vegan, please tell me. We have the veggie options covered, but not vegan...

Feeling: Yay! NO MORE WORK FOR TODAY! Instead an essay... later... as in 2:00 am later...
Guess who has Saturday off?! Woo hoo! And Umair told me about how great kendo is and therefore convinced me to go with him and Joanne to the free kendo class downtown... at 8:30 in the morning this Saturday. But it sounds so cool with the swords and everything! Swords... ooo...
And I won $5.00 from poker last night. I have to win another 20 to afford to get all those pics developed.

Feeling: can't go to sleep....
- Turns out that I'm so ticklish that I can't take foot rubs
- I no longer can sleep in... what is wrong with me? Aren't I supposed to be sleeping for more then 9 hours or something? I can't believe I woke up at 5:30 in the morning and couldn't go to sleep and I've been on the net since 6:00 after trying to sleep.
- I ate pizza yesterday. I feel extreme guilt since I watched Supersized Me. That movie is the best diet/vegan/organic food motivator

flashing and poker clubs

Feeling: NO WORK TOMORROW!!!! Sleep in time!
It was interesting day at work. The frist thing I see as I enter Fairview to get to work in the morning is a bunch of sercuity guards surrounding a guy whose hands are behind his head... and also has no pants on.
Turns out that he was peeing on the ground or was flashing someone.
Then on the bus at the station, a car suddeny starts to reverse and crashes into the car behind it. All you hear on the bus is "Shit!" It was funny.
Oh, and I joined the unoffical poker club at UTSC. It's going to be fun losing my money to the guys at 3 in the morning in the Attic.

Music in Background: The silence of the UTSC library. Which isn't all that silent
Feeling: Sticky... muhahahahaha. I mean, it's really hot outside and it feels like we get no ac at all.
I worked out in the gym and sweated a lot and I'm still bright red. Well, maybe now it's a faint tinge of pink, but I have no mirror on me. The gym was fun, but I ate all the calories up again. I'm also carrying the entire contents of my locker since I saw someone clearing out the lockers in my area, so I have two pairs of shoes, a sweater, a towel, t-shirt and track pants stuffed into a backpack and two plastic bags. I wonder how I even end up with all this stuff in my locker. So now I'm studying. Yes, that's right, STUDYING.
And Umair, I'm so sorry that I didn't meet you.

Music: J5... A Long, Long While
Feeling: Very sweaty and uncomfortable when I leave the basement and it's wonderful built in air conditioning.I think I'll be living in there very soon if this weather keeps up.
1. The school has no air con on in the B-wing... or anywhere wlse in the school, except where the lab animals are
2. Make them all go away...
3. My blister burst on my foot and it's very painful
4. I lost my wallet on the TTC, but a very nice lady picked it up and phoned me instead. I was panicking so much in class, and when I wasn't I was dreaming about having class in the Valley where there is a breeze. My classroom has no windows at all.
5. Argh, I'm not going to make it to Naliah's BBQ since she moved it to Sunday afternoon... and I won't get there until 9 or 10... will I ever get to a BBQ for the actual BBQ instead of relying on a cold, greasy slab of meat to eat at the end of the day??? Well it's all girls, so at least I'll be there for the dessert... yummy....dessert...

Music in Background: Something from the Weakerthens
Feeling: I ought to be stressed... two essays due tomorrow and I still don't really have a thesis...
1. Going to see Weakerthens with Bralio! Woo hoo! My very first real concert that's not some classical one at Roy Thompson Hall. And it's really really cheap!
2. Went to school today and still didn't do anything since I kept on running into friends that I haven't seen in so long and we keep on talking... and talking... and talking
3. Meet fellow forum posters William, Nam and Joyce. It's interesting when you meet ppl you know from the net...
4. Okay, I must have done something wrong at work because suddeny I'm not working on Saturdays... where I make the most money.
5. The weather was sooo nice today.
6. Got new shoes. Consuming material goods because they give me a sense of being, a centre and all that cal is still a problem for me...
7. Very first BBQ of them summer where I will be there for the actual BBQ instead of showing up at night after work on Thursday! Yay!
8. Did I mention the 80's pub night on Friday at Purdy's, the new pub???

Feeling: Gulity since I have two essays due on Tuesday and I haven't even thought of a thesis statement yet for either of them.
Quickie Updates
1. Brought pretty skirt for realy cheap! Nothing like refirming my idea of self and uniqueness through consuming goods that are massed produced. It makes up for my lost of transcendental certitude. (Will it ever end?!)
2. Get Ready, Set, Go! day was exhausting, but I was showing off my brilliant skills of problem solving. And to turns out my friend knows my lesbain stalker. Refirmed my statement of strangeness and strangeness that is her.
3. Got to see Jo! Yay! Went shopping! Yay! Talked and caught up some more! Yay! Now going to see each other almost every Tuesday and Thursday night! Woo hoo!
4. Saw Lulu and met Renee who went Mac too (Can't remember her at all... but it's all good) Yay!
5. I am offically sick of Timmie's. Never want to see another one again
6. Meet a Jack... hmm... and heh.
7. Saw Troy with Clara and Suzie. Yay! It was the most horrible thing! Boo! Bad plot, Brad Pitt has one expression, Orlando Bloom was just an annoying pretty boy who didn't even get naked or half naked (Jackie you big fat liar)
8. Seeing Supersize Me! with Clara. Yay! Met fellow friends that like docs! Woo hoo!
9. I got the comp tonight! Yay!

Bah!

Feeling: Bah
I have one of those annoying summer colds that never seem to go away, sp I'm blowing my nose every 10 minutes and coughing. The only bright side about it is that the weather looks horrible outside. And that I have to do nothing for the day. No work, I don;t have to be anywhere today. Maybe a coffee with some people tonight. If I get a ride. The SCSU office sold out of meteropasses. Damn it.
Anywoo, I got a ride from Iris yesterday... in a transport truck. I'm telling you, it's a whole new perpercetive up there.
