Music: No Diggity by Blackstreet (Remember them?!)
Feeling: Proud
I just made some fried rice for dinner. It was my first try. I'm quite proud. The fried rice recipe meets the requirements of Eunice Venturing In the Kitchen to Cook.
1. It tastes good
2. Relatively heathly
3. Fast to make
4. It uses some of the random food in the fridge, like the leftover chicken.
Now I can stop making pasta in all its various forms. (Except for mac and cheese, which I haven't tried since my first attemp).
