A Jazz Nightclub?! Woo hoo!
Background Music: Roxie from the Chicago soundtrack. Such a great movie. Oh wait, Ninja Tunes just started.
Feeling: Shopped out. And I didn't even buy anything
Today was a happy day because I got to see Dilys and Jo! Yay! Shopping and eating, how can that go wrong? We laughed, gossiped and I brought nothing but a big tub of candy for the locker that Amber and I share, so something else to fit in with the kettle and a sub for tomorrow. But once again, the pig that is my brother ate almost all of it when I left it in my room for five minutes. He also ate all my Pop Tarts, chips and microwave dinners that I got from No Frills from the $1 sale. You owe me about 3 years of food younger brother.
Anyway.. so there's this thing called Kiwanis (I'm not to sure about the spelling) where the wonderful Sir John A. MacDonald band(s) will be performing... for FREE. That's right everyone, there is such a word in Toronto. The only hitch is that it's at 9:00 am at Mac. But come! Support the music program! Because it's looks like some of us will be meeting at my place at 8:00ish to walk to MAC so we can all defend Vanessa against Kent, the... well, I don't know how to describe him. But he's hard to deal with.
Yes... so join us. Hmm... I should hit the books before sleeping tonight.
