Coffe and Lattes

Background Music: Remember to Breathe
Feeling: I gotta study... but the light in my room sucks since I still haven't replaced my desk lamp that blew out

I have found a new site it's so bloody funny -----> http://www.illwillpress.com Watch the Starbucks one.
Die Starbucks. As much as I have liked you, dear corporation, you're just to bloody snobby and "connoisseur" now. Coffee connoisseur my ass. I can't believe that I got this little notebook with my newspaper telling me how to order a coffee. Wet, dry, on legs... can't I just tell you I want extra foam with another shot of expresso? Any why tall, grande, etc? Do you realize that you're missing an accent on the "e"? And do you even realize that Starbucks cashiers don't even know what that means sometimes? On the one at Young and Bloor, some lady in front of me asked for, "A grande insert some coffee name here" and the cashier had to think about it. "A grande... that's a medium."
Anyway, Starbucks doesn't have Latte Tuesdays like Second Cup. And at least Second Cup is Canadian. And Timmie's is a lot cheaper. Except those damn prices went up again. Soon I have to quit coffee just to save money since my mom is determined not to let me get the single cup, by hand coffee maker and is perfect for camping.
Right enough about coffee, it was just really annoying to be downtown and see a coffee bar, Starbucks, Second Cup or some wannabe every block when I had no more money, even if it was Latte Tuesday at Second Cup.
Oooo... downtown for our little tour! So much fun! Thanks Wends! I never knew U of T was so haunted. And I love Knox Library, even when it's just for grad students. I'll pretend to be a child genius. Yes... I'm doing my thesis on... something in psyh. Yupers. Knox library is beautiful with the stained glass... and the rocking chairs by the stained glass. I think I found a new love that will have to replace the couches at U of T. The most amazing thing I noticed about the U of T libraries and every building is that there is heat. Yes, heat. Jessi, Naliah and I were amazed by the fact that people had their jackets off. The new ARC is freezing. And it doesn't have glass floors like the science library, whatever it's called.
Hmm... I should stop before I start to sing along with Brandy and Norah Jones that's playing on the computer.

Quote of the Day:
"And do you realize that the come here everyday to get a guy or girl because you think that love will make you feel connected? And that's if you even meet someone. Huh, huh? Do you even realize that the floors are grimy and dirty? I mean, this whole place is so gross!"
