Bio Lab... and Pizza

A Long While Later...
I'm sick of my lab, I'm sick of staring at data that doesn't make sense when I start to calculate things and I don't want to interpret the results because they scream out "I SCREWED UP THE EXPERIMENT!" and I'm especially sick of staring at this computer screen all day long. So this lab can wait until tomorrow morning because I would have gotten more sleep then tonight. And have talked to Joanne. Come on Joanne, just go over my calculations. You're good at math. I'll help you with lit, I'll buy you coffee/iced cap/timbits...
Think happy thoughts. Well, this lazy, "I don't exercise" kind of girl is finally hitting the gym thanks to the frosh 15. With yoga 3 times a week and my supportive friends, I'm sure I'll finish... what, a lap on the track? Wait, does the school even have a running track? We have about to many tennis courts, but a track? Hmmm..., well, no running for me. Wait, the stair master, my nemesis. Grr.. I'll show you. Sigh, Nailah, can't we just drop by the step classes or something? I'm sure doing the salsa burns a lot of fat/carbs/whatever you're supposed to burn.

Music In Background: None, because I'm in full serious study mode, complete with wearing my pjs
Feeling: Loving the leftovers

Mmmm... leftovers... I have enough food for school to tide me over for a few lunches. I would be in a good mood except this bio lab keeps on biting my ass. I hate calculations. Maybe I should turn msn off.
Oh yes, and here's my pizza recipe that Mike and some other people were asking for, so why not just give it to everyone? So here it is.

Eunice's Pizza Recipe That Requires Beer
(Stolen and Modified From Black and Decker)

* You need a breakmaker, but this can be done by hand

Ingredients
Beer or water: 1 cup
Shortening: 1tbsp
Sugar: 1tbsp
Salt: 1 tsp
Whiteflour/all purpose: 2 and 3/4 cups
Yeast: 1 and 1/4 tsp
Basil or oregano: 1 tsp (More for a spicer crust)

Directions
1. Add first 6 ingredients to bread making pan
2. sprinke basil/oregano on top
3. Put baking pan into machine and press "dough/pasta"
4. While it's mixing, chop up some veggies, meat and grate some cheese. (I like to put on kimchee or pineapple)
5. Roll out dough onto lightly floured surface
6. It's about now that you preheat the oven to 425 F
7. Grease pans and place dough on pans
8. Top pizza with sauce, cheese and toppings and then top the toppings with more cheese
9. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 425 F or until the cheese is bubbling and the crust is golden

Yields: 1 medium pizza which will be gone in about a hour with 3 people attacking it

For unusual toppings: kimchee, fake crab meat, squid, etc.

Happy baking!

Random Thought: Ou est les toilettes?

Today's Word of Wisdom, Brought to Your By Baci, Fine Italian Chocolate Makers Who Don't Care About You, Expect Your Money
There will be no more words of wisdom brought to you by Baci since the box of Baci choclates are gone, but here's something to think about.
If one pound of Valentine's candy can be brought for $1.99 at Wal-Mart, then how much will it cost after Valentine's Day? And how much happiness can the candy give to people if I just randomly hand them out to people?
