Some Everyday and Nice Sensory Experiences
Background Music: Jazz Hip Hop Mix by J5 (My favorite mix of music; jazz, swing, hip hop and a bit of Latin...)
Feeling: Happy that I finally caught by with Biology. I am a productive bum, muahaha. Ahem.
- Listening to the snow crunch under the feet of 3 busloads of students walking to morning class in silence
- Finding chocolate in your pocket that you forgot about
- The sound system that's screwed up in the ARC since you swear that you hear crickets in the background as the prof is talking. Maybe some science students set them loose, but it sounds pleasant
- Listening to your Bio prof use profanity mixed with really big words as he yells at a student with a laser pointer (A sound clip will be coming up soon once I figure out how to put it on...)
- Walking home in silence at night in a light snow and it's not freezing so you can enjoy it
- Burping on above street without excusing yourself because there's no one to give you looks
- Seeing a huge pile of kleenex boxes stacked against the wall once you come back home. Turns out that they're for a party that my parents are throwing on Saturday. I wonder why we need 75 boxes of them though. I'll never know because guess who's hitting Robart's? Sigh.
- Having your very first sip of coffee since Friday. Yum. I will reduce my coffee intake
- Realizing that you can now do painful looking streches without a problem now and instead of feeling pain, it's feels good
- Popping free smoked salmon into your mouth. All that's missing is the cream cheese and a bagel.
- Having a cute guy start talking to you out of no where. Didn't get his number though. Damn friends that told him that they had to go
- Seeing a friend that's in the front of the very long Timmie's line who can get you a medium regular coffee and a muffin so you don't have to wait
Random Thought: Quality Control by J5 is another good song too
Today's Word of Wisdom Brought To You By Bacio, fine Italian Chocolate Makers Who Don't Care About You, Except Your Money
"Anything done for love is beyond good and evil."
- Nietzsche
What's with all the love quotes? Seriously.
